Mental Wellness in 90 Minutes

We’re unifying services that are traditionally found in separate spaces to offer a comprehensive, time-efficient wellness journey—all in one 90-minute experience.

  • Yoga & Mindful Movement

    Start each session with mindful movement designed to ground the body and calm the mind. These flows reduce stress, enhance focus, and prepare you for deeper self-awareness and reflection.

  • Meditation

    Each session includes a grounding meditation practice that helps you absorb the benefits of your movement and reflection. Whether you're letting go of what no longer serves you or anchoring into your intention, this part of the workout cultivates clarity, calm, and a refreshed state of being.

  • Therapist-Guided Conversation

    Our licensed clinicians lead guided mental wellness discussions that promote emotional resilience and mindset shifts. You’ll reflect, journal, and reframe challenges—all in a supportive environment where sharing is encouraged but never required.

  • Community

    Wellness isn’t a solo journey. Our sessions are designed to build connection, not only within yourself, but also with others. Through shared presence, optional conversation, and thoughtful collaboration, our community grows stronger—together.
