Lauren Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C, MSCP ("The CounseLaur")

Lauren is a mother, writer, former lawyer, and social worker specializing in supporting women through life transitions. She facilitates psychoeducational workshops and groups, provides psychotherapy to women and couples in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida, and speaks on maternal wellness, gender equity, working parenthood, and reproductive healthcare. She regularly contributes thought leadership to media and is the author of the 2025 book Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period.

Jessica Borker, LMSW

Specializes in working with individuals who are struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
